Subzero Curtain Containment

The Subzero Engineering Rack Hat curtain containment system is the premier low cost solution for both new and legacy data centers. Rack Hat is the only kit-based curtain containment system in the industry. Rack Hat can be connected to the ceiling grid with an electro thermal link (ETL), which will release the curtain containment with a low-volt surge from the smoke detectors. What makes the Rack Hat unique is its modular system design such as the corner system. Convenient Usage:

Every component necessary for the assembly and install of the Rack Hat is conveniently packaged together into one modular kit. Kits have two important measurements:

1. Linear Feet – length of aluminum track that attaches to the ceiling grid

2. Drop Down Inches – length of fire resistant material that drops from the aluminum track to the top of the rack; Lengths range from 24″ to well over 10′.
